  • Troubleshoot & Installation Zimbra Mail Server for Client
  • Troubleshoot & Installation VMware, DNS Server, NS Server, MRTG Cacti, Kiwi Syslog etc.
  • Coordinator Leader “IT Support” Branch Office Cikarang, Bekasi, Jakarta, Tangerang, Cilegon, Subang, Purwakarta, Sukabumi and Semarang
  • Coordinator Leader “Customer Services” area Cikarang, Bekasi, Jakarta Tangerang, Cilegon and Semarang
  • Report Weekly, Monthly, Yearly
  • Report Receiving Calls “Daily” on Customer Care
