- Coordinator Leader “IT Support” Branch Office Cikarang, Bekasi, Jakarta, Tangerang, Cilegon, Subang, Purwakarta, Sukabumi and Semarang
- Coordinator Leader “Customer Services” area Cikarang, Bekasi, Jakarta Tangerang, Cilegon and Semarang
- Report Weekly, Monthly, Yearly
- Report Receiving Calls “Daily” on Customer Care
